Each item includes a Shipping + Returns section on the product page, so that you know what to expect. Please remember, each individual order arrives on your doorstep directly from the seller you purchased it from, so delivery times may vary.
Shipping is FREE within Australia for all orders over $150.
For all other orders we charge a Flat Fee of $10 to ship Australia-wide.

Christmas Bonus Express Shipping

Taxes + Duties
All international deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Delivery Time Frames
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, items will normally ship within 1-2 days of receipt of your order. If you live in Australia, your order should generally arrive between 5-7 days, sometimes sooner.
If the item is hand-made to order, or being delivered overseas, you can expect a longer delivery time (please check the Shipping + Returns on the product page for details).
These timings as based on estimated shipping provider timings. We want each order to reach you as quickly as possible, and do our best to help meet these delivery timings, however, sometime delays out of our control may impact this.
COVID-19 Shipping Update
During this uncertainty, the safety and wellbeing of our customers, people and parters is our number one priority. At present, we and our brands are operating as close to ‘business as usual’ as absolutely possible.
With that being said, Australia Post and other carriers have advised us of delivery delays as a result of social distancing measures and limited flights.
Please know that we are closely monitoring the latest advice from the World Health Organisation, along with local and national Government bodies to review our approach as the situation in Australia and New Zealand evolves.
