Click and Collect:
If you live in or near our physical store in Avalon Beach, you can take advantage of our Click and Collect service.
Simply place your order online and select "Click and Collect" at checkout. You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup.
You can then visit our store at Shop 1, 55 Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon Beach during business hours to collect your order.
Please bring a copy of your email confirmation when collecting your goods.
Free Standard Shipping in Australia:
Shipping is FREE within Australia for all orders over $150.
For all other orders we charge a Flat Fee of $10 to ship Australia-wide.
This service typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
Free Shipping does not apply to bulky goods, furniture or rugs.
Express Shipping in Australia:
Express Shipping is available within Australia.
This service typically takes 1-2 business days to NSW addresses, and 1-3 business days to other states and territories.
The Flat Rate for Express Shipping is $19.90.
Invoiced Shipping for Bulky Items:
For larger items that are too bulky to be shipped with our standard shipping service, we offer invoiced shipping.
This service will be quoted and invoiced separately from your order, and the cost will depend on the size and weight of the item, as well as your location.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a quote for the shipping of your bulky item.
We also offer international shipping for customers outside of Australia.
To see the shipping cost for your country, please add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout. The shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Please note that we can currently only offer shipping to a number of selected zones outside of Australia. If your country is not eligible for shipping, please send us an email outlining the items you wish to purchase and the delivery destination to: email@example.com. We’ll reply with freight costs and an approximate delivery time to this location.
IMPORTANT: Please note, for International Orders that include pre-order items, we can only ship the order once all items are in stock. We cannot split International Orders or Deliveries.
USA/ CANADA – We are not able to sell and ship baby and children related products to the USA and Canada. If an item has been purchased we will refund any baby and child-related products prior to processing your order for dispatch.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES: For international orders, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as AU GST/VAT. We ship to all overseas countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means Taxes and Duties are calculated upon arrival to your country of destination and will vary pending your order value and the items purchased. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
BULKY ITEMS are not able to be shipped Internationally.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
For Australian orders, standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive, while international shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order once it has been shipped.
If the item is hand-made to order, or pre-ordered, you can expect a longer delivery time (please check the Shipping + Returns on the product page for details).
* Please note, we have taken guidance from Australia Post regarding the delivery timeframes above, however due to COVID19 and flooding, deliveries may be delayed.
Taxes + Duties
All international deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
