We are pretty confident that you'll love the products that you've chosen from our curated selection, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a Refund / Store Credit / Exchange in line with our Online and In-Store Refund Policies below:

Online Return Policy


We will provide an Exchange or Refund for full priced items purchased online providing that:

- The goods are in a saleable condition, in original packaging with original tags attached
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
- The goods are returned within 14 days from the date received

We do not refund shipping costs for returning goods.

To request a refund or exchange please email hello@nashandbanks.com with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange.

As we are an online marketplace we will provide you with the returns address to send the item directly back to the brand. The brand will then inspect the returns and we will inform you of whether the return/exchange has been approved.

Some brands offer exceptions - such as "Lifecycle Coverage". The details for these exceptions will be outlined in the 'Shipping + Returns' tab on the product's page. If no exception is outlined, the terms of the returns are as outlined in this policy.

Once a Refund has been approved, your refund will be credited for the original amount paid using the original payment method, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item, where we will refund you in full.

In-Store Return Policy


We will provide a Store Credit or Exchange only for full priced items purchased in-store providing that:

- The goods are in a saleable condition, in original packaging with original tags attached
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
- The goods are returned within 14 days from purchase date

Please Note


We do not accept returns of perishable goods such as food, plants, and flowers.

For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene strip has been removed), or cosmetic and personal care products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken.

We also do not accept returns of personalised, made-to-order or custom-made products, sale items or on gift cards unless faulty.
