We are pretty confident that you'll love the products that you've chosen from our curated selection, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a Refund / Store Credit / Exchange in line with our Online and In-Store Refund Policies below:
Online Return Policy
We will provide a Store Credit Gift Card* or Exchange only for full-priced items purchased online providing that:
- The goods are returned within 30 days from the date received
- The goods are in a saleable condition, in original packaging with original tags attached
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
We do not refund shipping costs for returning goods, except for a defective item, where we will provide a refund in full.
To request a refund or exchange please email hello@nashandbanks.com with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange.
We will provide you with the return address to send the item/s back to us. Once received, we will inspect the item/s and will inform you of whether the return/exchange has been approved.
Once a Return has been approved, your Store Credit Gift Card will be issued via the email address used to place the order (valid for 3 years).
Please note: Sale items can not be exchanged or returned.
In-Store Return Policy
We will provide a Store Credit Gift Card* or Exchange only for full-priced items purchased in-store providing that:
- The goods are returned within 30 days from the purchase date
- The goods are in a saleable condition, in original packaging with original tags attached
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
Please note: Sale items can not be exchanged or returned.
Please Note
We do not accept returns of perishable goods such as food, plants, and flowers.
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene strip has been removed), or cosmetic and personal care products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken.
We also do not accept returns of personalised, made-to-order or custom-made products, sale items or on gift cards unless faulty.
Sale items can not be exchanged or returned.
Faulty Items
We will offer a full refund on faulty or damaged items or if an incorrect item was sent at the discretion of our customer service team upon review of the item/s.
* Store Credit Gift Card
- A Store Credit Gift Card will be issued via the email address used to place the order and will be valid for 2 years.
- Store Credit Gift Cards can be redeemed online or in-store regardless of where the original purchase was made.
- Store Credit Gift Cards are issued in Australian Dollars converted from your local currency for the amount of the returned item’s total sale price only at the time of purchase (does not include duties, taxes or shipping) and will be sent directly to the email address associated with your account.
- When redeeming a Store Credit Gift Card, the amount will be subject to an exchange rate conversion set by Global E. These rates are based on interbank rates of exchange and correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction.
