As a premium gifting service, we love to ensure that any gifts purchased at Nash + Banks are wrapped beautifully in our elegant sustainable gift wrapping.

Our products are delicately gift-wrapped in kraft paper and bound with either hemp string, jute twine, or linen ribbon and accompanied by a dried flower . All paper used is acid-free and FSC-certified and the ink is soy-based. 

Simply select the Gift Wrapping option when you choose your product - or later in cart - and add a message if you would like us to pesonalise your gift tag or selected gift card for the recipient.

We sure do! Shipping is free for orders above $150 within Australia. Your free shipping will automatically be applied to your shopping cart at the checkout. For any orders below $150, we charge a flat rate of $10 within Australia. 

Please note that International or Bulky Item orders are not eligible for Free Shipping. Shipping for these will be calculated at checkout.

Absolutely! Express Post shipping is available within Australia in all areas covered by Australia Post’s Express Post service. This service typically takes 1-2 business days to NSW addresses and 1-3 business days to other states and territories.

The Flat Rate for Express Shipping is $19.90.

*Please note we cannot refund the postage cost if Australia Post does not deliver within this timeframe. 

If you are local to / or travelling through Avalon Beach, Palm Beach, Newport, Bilgola or the Northern Beaches, we offer a Click & Collect service from our store. Simply select Click & Collect at checkout and we will send you a message when you order is ready to collect.

We offer international shipping on a wide selection of products for customers outside of Australia. Some products are available in Australia only due to export restrictions.

We are committed to minimising plastic waste in all areas of our business. As such, all orders sent from Nash + Banks are packaged in FSC-Certified cardboard boxes, compostable mailers  or envelopes that are made from recycled materials that can be composted or recycled again. We use biodegradable tape and either recycled paper, Hex-wrap or biodegradable cornstarch packing peanuts for fragile items.

All Nash + Banks marketing material and Thank You cards are also made from FSC-Certified, biodegradable or recycled materials.

As much as possible we also reuse our shipping materials until they break down and then recycle them.

Depending on the delivery location, over 95% of our orders to customers are delivered by either Australia Post, who have 100% carbon neutral deliveries, or Sendle, who are 100% carbon neutral and B-Corp certified.
