It is a natural rock salt that was created when the prehistoric oceans evaporated some 250 million years ago. The actual salt rocks vary in color, from pure white to beautiful light pink and deep red, all depending on their iron oxide content.• 15% Java long pepperThis pepper has its own distinctive character, but the familiar taste of traditional black pepper is also present. When seasoning your dish with this blend you will detect unexpected aromas of licorice, aniseed, and cinnamon, with a spicy sensation towards the end. Black pepper with a twist!250g.
