Currently in India, there are over 600,000 cooperatives with 240 million members where producers are trapped in exploitative cycles of poverty. Many of these craftsmen are women who are working to support their families but only receiving a fraction of the profits.
Cloth and Co. work with these women at a grass-roots level to create high-quality, hand-crafted products that help them achieve financial independence while preserving traditional craft techniques.
Every item in their collection is made from 100% natural materials and is fully biodegradable - allowing them to be recycled, repurposed or decomposed.
