• How to Use

  (1) Gently unfold the mask and apply to freshly cleansed skin. (2) If you desire, retrieve your mat for some light yin yoga or meditation for 15 minutes (3) Remove the mask and massage in any remaining serum into the skin. Follow with moisturiser. Please consult with your physician before beginning any new exercise program.
