  To use, simply add oil to one of the salt blocks and slowly heat. Before long, you’ll have a sizzling cooking surface that seasons as it cooks and perfectly and evenly grills meat, fish, shellfish, and vegetables. 

   

  For a twist, chill the blocks in the refrigerator to create a sophisticated surface for serving sushi, fresh fruit, and even ice cream. The BBQ pro kit includes a metal holder for use with inductive stove tops and two Himalayan salt blocks.
