We offer a range of carefully considered delivery options to ensure your gifts are received beautifully and on time.
Click & Collect
If you live in or near our physical store in Avalon Beach, you can take advantage of our Click and Collect service.
Simply place your order online and select "Click and Collect" at checkout. You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup.
You can then visit our store at Shop 1, 55 Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon Beach, during business hours to collect your order.
Please bring a copy of your email confirmation when collecting your goods.
Standard Shipping - Australia
We offer Australia-wide delivery via our Standard Shipping Service.
Free Standard Shipping is available on all Australian orders over $130*.
For orders under $130, a flat rate of $12.95 applies.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
- NSW Metro: 2–4 business days
- Interstate Metro: 3–6 business days
- Regional Areas: 4–8 business days
*Free shipping applies to items purchased in a single transaction and excludes Bulky Items (see below).
Express Shipping - Australia
Express Shipping is available for customers requiring a faster delivery timeframe.
Estimated delivery windows:
- NSW addresses: 1–2 business days
- Interstate Metro: 1–3 business days
- Regional areas: 2–4 business days
Flat rate: $19.90
Bulky Items - Special Handling & Delivery
Due to the size, weight or fragile nature of certain pieces, some products incur a Special Handling & Delivery Fee.
This commonly applies to:
- Gift hampers in large baskets
- Large glassware sets
- Baskets, rugs & assorted homewares
- Oversized household pieces
Bulky Item Delivery Fees
- Eastern Seaboard: $45
- Western Australia: $75
Rates are automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on the delivery location.
Bulky Items are not eligible for Free Shipping.
International Shipping
We have temporarily paused international shipping via our online store as we refine our domestic delivery offering.
