Nash + Banks Flagship Store Opens in Avalon
We Did a Thing!
On November 1st we opened our first flagship store in our home town of Avalon on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
The new Avalon flagship is loaded with accessories, clothing, home decor, sports equipment and so much more, with a mix of conscious brands from our online store, along with plenty of exciting new makers. Each and every item has been carefully chosen after a scrupulous research and vetting process and meets the requirements of at least one of NASH + BANKS’ eight core values:
Ethical - Sustainable - Artisan - Minimal Waste - Vegan - Australian Made - Gives Back - Natural
In designing and fitting out the new space, we applied these same values to each element - prioritising sustainable materials, engaging local suppliers and ensuring minimal waste wherever possible. We have chosen a green energy supplier, utilised reclaimed timber, opted for eco-friendly non-toxic paint, featured brickwork handmade with traditional artisan methods and finally, covered the windows prior to opening with recycled paper that has been repurposed for packaging our online orders.
