About The Brand
There’s nothing better than a good pair of socks. Podiatrist, Simon Bobik believes that these everyday essentials can be stylish, comfortable and eco-friendly - which is why he started ENDA socks.
TENCEL Lyocell is made from a sustainable tree fibre created from wood pulp. Derived from eucalyptus trees, this material uses 5x less water and 6x less land to produce compared to cotton. This is combined with REPREVE - a specialised fibre made from recycled plastic bottles - that reduces the need for petroleum as a raw material and reduces the volume of trash in landfills and oceans.

ENDA are committed to leaving the planet better than when they started, which is why they carefully source sustainable materials to reduce their environmental impact. They spent four years carefully selecting and blending yarns that met their standards of comfort and sustainability. Materials have to be soft and breathable, yet have a smaller environmental footprint than the industry standard.
They are always looking for better ways to make great products with a small carbon footprint.
Lyocell is a sustainable material made from trees with silk-like softness that's superior to cotton. Derived from the wood pulp of eucalyptus trees that grow thick and fast, Lyocell needs 95% less water and 80% less land to produce the same yield as cotton. Their Lyocell is sourced from responsibly managed forests that meet the strict standards of the Forest Stewardship Council, or FSC. Trees do not need fertilisers or pesticides, and rely on rainfall — not irrigation.
