The handle has been created using sustainable and renewable bamboo fibre & PLA (a bioplastic made from corn starch or tapioca) and stainless steel for durability.

Their Australian dinnerware collection combines sustainable and renewable bamboo fibre with PLA (a bioplastic made from corn starch or tapioca) while their cot sheets are made from 100% bamboo. By using bamboo, you can rest easy knowing your little one is using products that are naturally anti-fungal and anti-bacterial, while you are lessening your environmental footprint by supporting a plant that has been ethically sourced.

SUSTAINABLE  
Amelia Frank's products have been tried and tested to make sure that they withstand the unpredictable nature of parenthood. They look at durability, sustainability and how it feels. Bamboo is used as a primary resource for the majority of their products as it is extremely earth-friendly.
What makes this miracle product so great? Well it doesn’t require pesticides for one, as it has its own inbuilt anti-fungal, anti-bacterial agent. Also adding to this amazing inbuilt superpower, it needs less water than cotton and is one of the fastest-growing plants in the world. It also feeds Panda’s, but don’t worry, they aren’t stealing the Panda’s lunch; this is a different type of bamboo!

MINIMAL WASTE
Amelia Frank products are free from plastics, BPA & Melamine. Their products are all compostable, biodegradable, and in the case of their cutlery, the stainless steel is 100% recyclable.

Care

• Always give a wash first!
• Absolutely dishwasher safe but, like most kitchen items, will last a lot longer if you handwash. If using the dishwasher, please put in the top rack.
• As it's made with stainless steel, it may need a bit a buff or polish every now and then. A little bit of vinegar and hot water will do the trick!
