NueBar believe in caring for our planet as well as your body.
Care, craft and consciousness go into every aspect of every product they create.
Their products are palm oil-free, handmade, vegan, cruelty-free, contain no SLS, SLES, parabens, silicones, petroleum by-products or artificial fragrances and are of course plastic-free.
However, there is no need to compromise on performance when you have the best that green chemistry and nature combined can offer.
Their beautiful non-soap bars are concentrated, pH balanced, contain many organically certified inputs and deliver the kind of results you are used to getting out of a bottle whilst minimising the impact on our precious environment.
NueBar. For body and planet.

The oceans are the glittering jewel of our planet, abundant with life, radiant with beauty and vital to the wellbeing of life on Earth. Unfortunately, they also seem to be the place where a huge amount of our plastics end up, estimated at a staggering 8 million tons a year.
This is why Nuebar have partnered with Tangaroa Blue as their charity of choice. Tangaroa Blue is an Australian registered charity founded in 2004 that coordinates the Australian Marine Debris Initiative (AMDI).
Not only does Tangaroa Blue coordinate community cleanups across Australia, it also collects data on the debris and uses this to track and coordinate practical solutions to stop this debris entering the ocean in the first place. For instance, strapping bands from the lobster industry used to be a significant contribution to marine litter in WA. After the problem was identified through the AMDI the industry was contacted and eventually a legislative change achieved, banning strapping bands on vessels throughout Western Australia.
Nuebar loves the way that Tangaroa Blue works at all levels of the ocean plastics’ problem and that is why they donate 10% of profits or 1% of revenue (whichever is greatest) annually to this highly effective and practical organisation.
At NueBar, they believe that human dignity and fair trade are important issues. Where there is well-known exploitation in the production of an ingredient, then they try and avoid it or find a source of the product where the workers and producers are treated fairly. For example, they don't use Mica to colour their products because of problems with child labour and exploitation and instead choose to use Iron Oxides.
Cacao is another ingredient where exploitation and labour practices are highly problematic. NueBar uses fair trade, organic Cacao butter from a cooperative in Peru.
NueBar's Coconut Oil is a beautiful, hand-pressed, organic oil from the Solomon Islands which returns 100% of the profits back to the villagers that produce the oil.
