About The Brand
The Honey Thief is a family-owned business that is Australian-owned and made. The founders moved to the beautiful Southern Highlands in 2011 with a desire to be self-sufficient and live sustainability. They started keeping bees that first year to pollinate their vegetable garden and orchard. They then got their first taste of honey the following Summer. Their first honey harvest was a wow moment!
Their award-winning honey is packaged in glass, not plastic. They are a single-use plastic-free company. They are mindful of their impact on the environment and take an active stance to reduce energy consumption. Their honey is extracted using solar, they literally wait for a hot day to get the honey flowing and their honey and candles are hand poured by the Honey Thief team. It doesn’t get cleaner than that!
