According to the team at Newly, not enough consumer goods are made from recycled content. We might think that waste and disposal are an inevitable part of modern living… but what if they’re not? It was a challenge, but one that the Newly team faced head-on.
The result? Stunning homewares that are made from 100% recycled materials and shipped in 100% recycled packaging.
Since their inception, Newly has diverted 6.12 tons of waste from the landfill, saved 3.7 tons of water, and a 0.23 metric ton of Greenhouse gases. What’s more, as a member of 1% for the Planet, 1% of all their profits go towards supporting environment nonprofits.
We’re particularly enamoured with their versatile Tavola Postre Glasses. Made from 100% recycled glass, each glass has been handcrafted and mouth-blown in a small artisan shop in Spain. Perfect for everything from sipping your favourite aperitif to serving that after dinner sweetness while you pile into a game of Cards Against Humanity.
